1. Processing Time: Getting Your Order Ready
What it is: This is the time it takes for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. This happens before the shipping carrier even gets it.

Our Promise: We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after you place your order.

Please Note: During big sales or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to communicate any delays via email.
2. International Shipping
Delululand now delivers worldwide! We've got you covered, no matter your location.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
At checkout, you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs. All costs are flat rates in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
For Local Deliveries (Hong Kong):

Standard: 4-7 business days — HKD $50.00

Express: 2-3 business days — HKD $150.00
For International Deliveries:

Carrier: DHL or your local postal service.

Standard: 4-7 business days — HKD $120.00

Please Remember: All delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier (like USPS) and are not guaranteed by Delululand. Transit times can sometimes be affected by things like weather or carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
4. Order Tracking
The second your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep! You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our site.

**5. What If My Order Is Running Late?
First, don’t panic! Use your tracking number to see the latest updates from the carrier. Sometimes packages take a little scenic route.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for over 7 days or the estimated delivery date has passed by a significant amount, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and we’ll do our best to help you figure it out!
6. Shipping Address & Issues
- Double-Check Your Address! Please, please, please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We ship to the address you provide, and we can’t be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
- Need to Change Your Address? If you catch a mistake, email us immediately at [your email address] with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to fix it! Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., wrong address, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
