Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you initiate a return through our official portals. To complete your return, items must be shipped back to us within this 14-day window.

*Eligibility for Returns*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition as received.
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- With original tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

*Return Process*

To start a return, please contact us at *admin@thedelululand.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package. **Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.*

*Shipping Fees & Responsibility*

The responsibility for return shipping fees is determined as follows:

- *Consumer-Initiated Returns:* If the return is due to a change of mind or similar reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You must ship the item using a trackable courier service of your choice, and the specific cost will be based on the rates of your selected carrier.
- *Company-Error Returns:* If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), you are *not* required to bear the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return.

*Refunds*

Approved returns will be credited to you as *store credit*. Original payment method refunds are not provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds, but your returned goods will be credited in your store credit.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
